Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 4 August 2026

These terms cover your use of eMorer. By creating an account you accept them.

Your account

You must be 16 or older to use eMorer. You need a valid email address, which we verify with a code before the account becomes usable. Keep your password to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at info@emorer.com if you think someone else has access.

What the service is — and is not

eMorer helps you remember things. It is not a guarantee that you will be reminded: email can be delayed or filtered, and servers can be unavailable. Do not rely on it alone for anything where missing a date carries a serious consequence — medication, legal deadlines, or similar.

Your content

What you write in eMorer stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it and show it back to you. We do not read it, sell it or use it to train anything. You are responsible for what you store, and for having the right to store it.

Acceptable use

Do not use eMorer to break the law, to store someone else’s personal data without a reason to, or to attack the service — including automated requests beyond what the API tokens are meant for. We may suspend an account that does.

Price and availability

eMorer is free to use. There is no card to enter and no trial that expires.

We are not promising it will be free forever. If we ever introduce a charge we will tell you in advance, and you will never be billed for anything you have not agreed to first — if you do not want to pay, your account simply stays as it is until you close it, and you can export or delete your data at any point.

We do not promise the service will always be available, and we may change or withdraw features.

Ending it

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to info@emorer.com. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru, and any dispute arising from them will be heard by the competent courts of Peru. If the law of the country you live in gives you rights you cannot be asked to give up, this clause does not take them away from you.
